Washington, DC based Chef Mackenzie Kitburi is the Executive Chef and Owner of Capital Taste, an Underground Dining Experience which includes Pop Ups, Dinner Parties and Catered Events. Capital Taste's recent experience, "BaJeng" was to honor his late aunt "Jeng" who help raise him as a young boy before returning to Thailand by doing do a Thai inspired menu in a Pop Up restaurant setting.
